This is a true 360 role

You’ll own the full cycle: cold BD and recent client acquisition + candidate sourcing + placements. Ideal for consultants who thrive on hunting new business while still delivering quality recruitment outcomes.

Blue Collar: Mining & Resources operators/trades, Shutdowns, Civil Construction, Industrial Services

What you’ll bring
Solid 360 agency experience with a proven ability to generate new business
Confidence and resilience with cold calling / outbound BD




Strong track record of hitting and exceeding billing targets
Excellent relationship-building and closing skills
Ambitious, self-driven, and collaborative mindset
Advantage: Resources sector knowledge or previous success in mining/engineering recruitment
