8 days on / 6 days off roster
12-hour days – day shift

Hands-on Construction Supervisor role, leading and coordinating site personnel and subcontractors to deliver construction activities safely and efficiently.
Responsible for coordinating daily site works, supervising personnel, monitoring project progress and ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are maintained.
Overseeing construction activities, ensuring works are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings and schedules.
Must have robust leadership, communication and organisational skills and be capable of working autonomously.
Flights from Perth to site and return, accommodation and meals included.

Skills & Experience Required:
Demonstrated experience in construction, civil or mining-related projects.
Previous experience supervising and coordinating construction crews and subcontractors.
Experience overseeing camp construction, including accommodation buildings, amenities, ablution facilities and associated infrastructure.
Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors across various construction activities.




Robust practical understanding of construction methodologies, site operations and project delivery.
Ability to lead by example, motivate teams and maintain a hands-on approach to site supervision.
Experience coordinating daily work activities, managing resources and monitoring project schedules.
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements and site compliance.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans and specifications.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
FIFO and mining industry experience highly regarded.
Current Driver's Licence.
White Card.
Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor requirements.
