What You’ll Do:
Help customers in-store and over the phone, and set the standard for service in the store




Process sales quickly and accurately
Solve customer issues and recommend solutions
Help set up the new store, including merchandising and keeping displays tidy and well-stocked
Support and mentor newer team members with product knowledge and sales techniques
Join product and safety training sessions

What You’ll Need:
Solid sales, retail, or trade experience, ideally in tools or trade supplies Tradies looking to put down the tools will be a excellent fit!
Friendly, confident, and helpful with customers
Happy to share your knowledge and help others learn
Comfortable using POS systems and computers
Strong knowledge of tools and power tools
Able to work one weekend day per week
Full Australian working rights required
