With continued growth across our service areas, we are seeking reliable, experienced and compassionate Support Workers with robust weekday availability to join our team.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will provide practical, person-centred support to clients in their own homes and communities.

You will support clients with:
Personal care
Domestic assistance
Social support and community access
Transport to appointments

Availability

We are particularly seeking applicants with consistent availability across Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with a minimum availability of three days per week.

Flexibility to travel across our service areas is highly desirable, particularly as we continue to grow across Melton, Bacchus Marsh and the Macedon Ranges.

About You

We’re looking for people who:




Are passionate about supporting older people to remain independent at home
Are reliable, versatile and confident working independently in the community
Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing or equivalent)
Hold current First Aid and CPR
Have a current Victorian driver’s licence
Have reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
Can provide a current Police Check
Are flexible to work across our service areas
