Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is recruiting a Rehabilitation Support Services Officer to join the REPAT team at Daw Park in Adelaide.
You will support clinicians and patients with daily care needs, maintain clean, hygienic campus spaces and work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality rehabilitation services.
A Cert 3 in aged care or disability is required.
