Your role will be responsible for
Managing day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure the efficient receipt, storage and distribution of materials and equipment
Developing and implementing strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, housekeeping and safety standards
Managing warehouse inventory, including large catalogues and high-value stock
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with key internal stakeholders
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse operations
Supporting and leading warehouse improvement projects,



including facility upgrades and yard layout optimisation
Supporting operations by maintaining housekeeping standards in warehouse and yard.
Ensuring warehouse activities are conducted in accordance with site safety standards and operational requirements

Suitable candidates will have
A minimum of five years' experience in logistics or warehouse operations
Previous experience within the resources sector or heavy engineering environment
Demonstrated experience managing large catalogues and high-value inventories
Current forklift licence
Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
Strong commercial awareness and sound decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid planning, organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work autonomously and adapt to changing operational demands
A demonstrated commitment to safety and continuous improvement
