Transport for NSW is seeking a customer service skilled to join the team delivering support across phone, live chat and online channels.
You will help internal and external customers with enquiries, transactions and system-based tasks from a busy contact centre in a NSW location such as Dubbo or Parkes.
The role requires adaptability to rotating shifts, with several day/evening windows, and the option to work from home for afternoon and evening shifts.
