Position: Atlassian Architect
Detailed Job Description - Strategy & Architecture
Define migration roadmap and cloud adoption strategy.
Assess current Jira, Confluence, Marketplace Apps, integrations, and infrastructure.
Design future-state Atlassian Cloud architecture and governance model.
Recommend best practices for scalability, security, compliance, and administration
Solution Design
Design solutions for application rationalization and process optimization.
Evaluate Marketplace App compatibility and migration approaches.
Architect integrations with enterprise tools such as Azure AD, ServiceNow, CI/CD, and third-party applications.
Provide recommendations for automation, reporting, and AI/Rovo adoption
Governance & Stakeholder Management
Act as primary technical advisor to client leadership and project teams.
Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and solution workshops.
Collaborate with Atlassian, client SMEs, security teams, and delivery teams.
Support executive reporting and steering committee discussions.
Technical Oversight
Mentor engineers, administrators, and migration specialists.
Review configurations, security controls, permissions, and performance requirements.
Ensure adherence to Atlassian Cloud best practices and enterprise standards
Must Have Skills: Required Skills
8+ years of Atlassian ecosystem experience.




Extensive experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence.
Proven experience leading large-scale Data Center to Cloud migrations.
Strong understanding of Atlassian Cloud Migration Assistant (JCMA/CCMA).
Expertise in workflows, permissions, schemes, automation, and Marketplace Apps.
Experience with SSO, Identity Management, and security frameworks.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
