About the role
You'll be the friendly voice customers turn to for help, providing support and practical solutions across a range of enquiries.
Your day will involve:
Managing inbound calls and emails
Assisting with warranty, product and order enquiries
Coordinating returns and credit requests
Resolving customer concerns with confidence and care
Keeping customers informed and delivering a great experience
Hours




37.5 hours per week | Monday–Friday rotating roster between 8:30am and 7:00pm, with occasional Saturdays attracting penalty rates.
What We're Looking For
You're a natural communicator who enjoys helping people and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment.
You'll bring:
Previous customer service or call centre experience
A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Confidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
