Title: Head of House Keeping Occupation: Hotel Services Manager (ANZSCO ******) Salary: $79,500 plus super Hours: Full time 38 hours Trading Name: Hasting Hotel Employer: Lighthouse 1 PTY LTD Location: Noosa Heads QLD Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include:
Ensuring a professional and service based Hospitality culture is maintained by the Housekeeping team with a focus on providing exceptional service and quality
Providing and maintaining a protected work environment for both staff and guests
Motivate, train and manage other staff in this department
Coordinate and oversee both rooms and public areas cleaning schedules
Rostering and timesheets
Daily allocation of rooms
Financial controls of stock and purchasing
