Bupa Tamworth is seeking a Carer Companion to support recent residents as part of our Person First care approach.
You'll help with settling in, coordinate admissions and respond to questions from residents and families, and guide them through available services to ensure they receive the right care.
In this role you will assist with meal service, escort residents to dining areas, and reinforce how the meal service works.
