Latrobe Regional Health invites applications for a No Lift Coordinator.
This part-time (0.3 EFT) ongoing role leads protected manual handling programs, educates staff, and partners with trainers and managers to sustain a No Lift culture across the hospital.
Reporting to Education and Training Unit, you will drive risk reduction, staff education and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will be an RN/EN with No Lift accreditation, strong coaching skills, and a commitment to safe, patient-centred
