The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to work with a diverse client base—including NDIS participants, aged care clients, private, and community sectors—while enjoying professional autonomy, tailored career development, and genuine work-life balance.

Collaborate effectively with families, support coordinators, GPs, and allied health professionals to provide holistic care
Benefit from dedicated administrative support to focus on clinical excellence
Engage in ongoing professional development, peer learning, and both structured and informal supervision

Our ideal candidate brings authenticity, empathy, and clinical excellence to their work.
You thrive in a collaborative, values-based environment and embrace continuous learning and professional growth.

Experience or strong interest in NDIS and/or aged care sectors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while being a proactive team player
Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport

We invest deeply in our people because we know great care starts with great clinicians.
Here's how we stand apart:
Tailored caseloads: Focus your practice on your passion—paediatrics, adult rehab, aged care, NDIS, or mixed

Transparent career pathways: Opportunities for clinical specialisation, leadership, and mentoring roles
