We're looking for a State Account Manager to lead our Away From Home team, driving commercial performance, new business growth, and market share across a diverse customer base.
The Opportunity
As State Account Manager, you'll lead and develop a team to deliver sustainable sales growth while building strong relationships with strategic customers across your state.
You'll be responsible for executing commercial priorities, accelerating new business acquisition, coaching team capability, and ensuring strong execution of national and state sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the state commercial strategy to deliver sales, profit and market share targets
Drive new business acquisition and build a strong growth pipeline
Develop, coach and inspire a high-performing sales team




Build and maintain senior customer relationships across key accounts
Lead customer negotiations, commercial agreements and strategic partnerships
Drive forecasting, reporting and sales planning disciplines
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
About You
Significant experience in sales, account management or commercial leadership
Proven people leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
Experience managing complex customer relationships and negotiations
Demonstrated success delivering growth and winning new business
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills
Ability to balance strategic priorities with operational execution
