Morson Edge Australia is seeking an experienced Main Component Exchange (MCE) Lead to join a major wind energy service and maintenance programme across wind farm locations in Western Australia, South Australia and Victoria.
This hands-on leadership role focuses on coordinating MCE and generator refurbishment activities while managing small crews.
You'll oversee logistics, safety, and daily site operations, travel between sites on a 3/1 roster, and work with wind turbine service teams to deliver
