Be the friendly face and reassuring voice that helps patients feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.At GenesisCare Fiona Stanley Hospital, we are looking for a caring and confident Patient Services Officer (Medical Administration) to join our team in a Casual capacity.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast paced healthcare environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.As one of the first people our patients interact with, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while supporting our clinical team to deliver outstanding care.More specifically, you will:Deliver a warm, professional and supportive experience for patients at every interactionWelcome patients and visitors, providing excellent customer service both in person and over the phoneCoordinate patient appointments and bookings to support an efficient clinic experienceAssist with billing, receipting and Medicare processesComplete administrative tasks including data entry, record management and documentationMaintain accurate patient information with a strong focus on confidentialitySupport the day to day operations of the clinic and contribute to a well organised environmentWork closely with clinicians and colleagues to ensure patients receive seamless careWe're interested in hearing from people who:Are passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and customer serviceCommunicate with warmth,
