About the role
Location: Truganina, Melbourne Full-time | Monday to Friday | 6:30am - 3:00pm
We're looking for a reliable and customer‐focused Delivery & Installation Assistant to support our Delivery & Installation Lead in delivering and installing premium Fisher & Paykel appliances across the region.
What you'll do
Assist with the delivery, installation and connection of Fisher & Paykel appliances.
Safely load, unload and handle products.
Provide professional and friendly service to customers.
Assist with the removal of old appliances where required.
Complete delivery documentation and follow company procedures.
Help with warehouse and trade delivery activities as needed.
Maintain a strong focus on safety and teamwork.
What you'll bring
Previous experience in delivery, logistics, removals, warehousing or a similar role is advantageous.
Full driver's licence.




Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Positive physical fitness and ability to undertake manual handling tasks.
Reliable, safety‐conscious and team‐oriented approach.
Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
Additional trade or technical skills are a bonus.
