THE JOB
We are looking for reliable customer service superstars to work nights and weekends on a casual basis for 15+ hours a week.
Successful applicants must be flexible enough to work a 7-day roster.
The most important thing is a positive, can-do attitude focused on teamwork and delivering a great customer experience!
Working at the Bentleys Hotel requires high energy, and an ability to multitask and successfully handle competing priorities.
Exceptional and qualified customer service
Serve, clean, and reset through all service periods as required
Proficient in the professional service of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages




Consistent delivery of the venue's products
Good understanding of all food and beverage offerings, including menus available, food service systems, and till operations
Communicate and liaise with team members
Efficient knowledge of the point-of-sale operating system (on-the-job training provided)
Maintain and clean all work areas
Adhere to all policies and procedures as directed by management
Follow Safe Work Procedures for all areas of the hotel as per the responsibility of all employees under the WHS Act ****
Ensure personal compliance with Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Any other duties directed by Management
