Kinetic IT is seeking an End User Field Support Technician to provide hands-on IT support at customer sites, focusing on maintenance and troubleshooting to keep systems running smoothly.
You'll resolve hardware, software, and network issues with a robust customer-service mindset.
The role is five days onsite, with potential travel to other sites.
A valid driver's license and NV1 security clearance are required, and training is provided to help you get up to speed.
