AFCA is seeking an experienced Senior People Advisor to join the People & Culture team on a fixed-term contract through to 30 June ****.
You will provide trusted HR guidance across employee relations and lifecycle matters, coach other advisers and help implement improved processes while ensuring a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
You will work in a hybrid mode with a focus on policy governance and HRIS readiness during an evolving transformation.
