UniLodge Lincoln House in Carlton, VIC is seeking a General Maintenance skilled to service apartments, common areas and the building exterior with support from the Maintenance Department.
Responsibilities include lighting checks, minor painting and plastering, and carpentry and plumbing repairs.
You will also complete worksheets, monitor spare parts stock, respond to urgent repair requests, and may be required for after-hours emergencies.
