BHP Group is seeking a Safety Specialist (HSS) for WA Iron Ore, Newman & East, on a FIFO 5:2 / 4:3 / 9:5 roster.
This 12-month fixed-term role supports a broad stakeholder group and partners with line leadership to drive safety performance in a large-scale operation.
You will uplift capability, coach teams, and embed safety routines, with a focus on risk assessment, investigations and data-informed decision making.
Perth-based FIFO from WA.
