An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior FP&A; professional to step into a highly visible role within a large and complex organisation.
Sitting within the broader finance function, this role will take ownership across management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, while leading a small team and working closely with stakeholders across finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, coordinating inputs across the business.
Own the preparation and delivery of monthly management reporting and performance commentary.
Analyse financial and operational results to identify trends, risks and key performance drivers.
Translate complex financial information into meaningful insights for senior stakeholders.
Drive improvements across reporting, dashboards,



processes and analytical capability.
Lead and develop a team of analysts.
About You:
CA/CPA qualified.
Strong experience across FP&A;, management reporting, or commercial finance.
People management experience is mandatory.
Comfortable operating in a complex, deadline-driven setting.
Exposure to ERP, reporting and BI tools will be highly regarded.
