Our client is seeking a commercially minded finance professional to take ownership of its finance function and support the next stage of growth.
This is an ideal chance for an experienced Finance Manager or a senior Site Accountant looking to step into a broader leadership role.
You'll be one of the main finance resources for the business, combining hands-on financial control with commercial support and business partnering.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll provide meaningful insights, improve reporting processes and help drive informed decision-making across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
End-to-end ownership of the finance function
Monthly management reporting and analysis
Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
Financial planning and performance analysis
Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders




Monitoring business performance and identifying improvement opportunities
Managing compliance, controls and statutory requirements
Supporting strategic business initiatives and decision-making
About You
Proven experience in a Finance Manager, Site Accountant or similar role
Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, food production or a related industry
Strong management reporting, budgeting and forecasting capability
Experience partnering with non-finance stakeholders
A hands-on approach and willingness to operate across both strategic and transactional activities
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
