About the Role
You'll be carrying out fabrication, welding, repairs and modifications on mining equipment components, including:
Structural fabrication and repairs
Heavy equipment component repairs
Welding and fabrication of steel components
General workshop fabrication
Repairs and modifications to mining equipment
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
To Be Successful You Will Have
Boilermaker Trade Qualification CERT III (required)
Current Driver's License
Previous experience in heavy fabrication or mining equipment repairs
Strong MIG and/or Stick welding skills
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
