JV Recruitment is currently seeking experienced
Waterproofers
to work across a range of commercial construction projects throughout Sydney, with some residential work also available.
We're looking for hands-on waterproofers with experience applying membrane systems, preparing surfaces and delivering quality waterproofing across construction sites.
This is a excellent opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work with a busy team.
The Role
Applying liquid and sheet membrane waterproofing systems across commercial and residential projects.
Preparing concrete substrates and surfaces prior to membrane application.
Waterproofing concrete structures and other areas requiring protection against water ingress.
Following project specifications, installation procedures and site safety requirements.
Working alongside site teams to deliver quality workmanship and reliable results.
What We're Looking For
Previous hands-on experience in waterproofing.
Experience with liquid membranes,



sheet membranes or other commercial waterproofing systems.
Experience across commercial construction is preferred, with residential experience also valued.
An understanding of surface preparation and correct membrane application techniques.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
A reliable, hardworking attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Construction White Card and a willingness to work across Sydney.
What's On Offer?
$40–$50 per hour, depending on experience.
