You will be supported every step of the way through ongoing mentoring, practical workplace experience and formal training leading to a Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Assist with the servicing, maintenance, and repair of Country Fire Authority (CFA) vehicles and emergency response fleet equipment Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on fire trucks, tankers, support vehicles and associated equipment Replace worn or damaged parts and components in accordance with manufacturer specifications and safety standards Complete maintenance records, service reports, and workshop documentation accurately Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop environment Follow all CFA,



workplace and industry safety procedures when working on vehicles and equipment Assist with after-service testing and quality checks to ensure vehicles are reliable and fit for operational use IS THIS YOU?
