Resource Manager - Enterprise PMO Contract Opportunity | Sydney | Up to $900+ per day We are seeking an experienced Resource Manager to join a high-profile Enterprise PMO, supporting the successful delivery of a large and complex program of work.
This is an excellent opportunity for a resource management professional who enjoys working across multiple projects, engaging with senior stakeholders, and ensuring teams have the right capability and capacity to deliver key outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate resource planning and allocation across a large, enterprise-wide program of work.
Partner with program and project stakeholders to understand current and future resourcing requirements.
Monitor resource availability, capacity, and utilisation, identifying gaps, risks, and competing priorities.
Maintain accurate resource plans and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
Support the Enterprise PMO in driving consistent resource management processes, governance, and reporting.
Identify potential resourcing risks and work collaboratively with stakeholders to implement timely solutions.
About You You will bring:



Demonstrated experience in resource management, workforce planning, or resource coordination within large-scale programs or portfolios.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
Excellent organisational and planning capabilities, with the ability to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience maintaining resource data and producing accurate, meaningful reports.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail What's on Offer?
