IRT Aged Care Services NSW is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our care team.
You will deliver, coordinate, supervise and evaluate protected, evidence-based nursing care that respects residents' dignity and preferences.
You'll conduct assessments, develop care plans and work with residents, families and a multidisciplinary team.
You'll monitor residents' health, manage medications, respond to emergencies, and provide clinical leadership on shift.
