The Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is offering an exciting opportunity for a full-time clinician to join our Mental Health Service in Mount Barker.
This role delivers high-quality, recovery-focused mental health nursing care across community, acute and rehabilitation settings.
You'll assess, plan and coordinate care, provide therapeutic interventions, and support individuals and families using evidence-based approaches.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll monitor outcomes, adapt care plans, and contribute to programs that promote early intervention, wellbeing and community connection.
As a Clinical Nurse, you'll take accountability for your practice while guiding and supporting less experienced staff.
You'll play a key role in team coordination, service improvement, and maintaining safe, effective care environments.
