BlueCare in Dakabin, QLD is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver person-centred community care, applying clinical skills to improve the quality of life during scheduled visits.
You will assess and plan care, update care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while travelling between Dakabin, Griffin and surrounding areas.
Must hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and a current driver's license; casual loading applies.
