The role
Run historical abuse claims end‐to‐end with professionalism and discretion
Prepare matters for mediation and settlement
Work closely with insurers, external lawyers and internal leaders
Attend mediations and settlement conferences
You
1–4 years PAE in PI, institutional liability or civil claims
Solid organisation, attention to detail and emotional resilience
Ability to handle sensitive subject matter with maturity and care
Clear communication and a calm, steady presence
