The role covers clinical governance, staff management, AN-ACC and resident care.
You will develop, monitor and evaluate nurse care plans, perform comprehensive assessments, and ensure adherence to aged care standards while mentoring RNs and PCWs.
The position is full time within a not-for-profit care group with strong development opportunities.
