Hyatt Hotel Canberra is seeking friendly Guest Service Officers to join our Front Office team.
You will create a welcoming experience for guests, handling calls, greeting arrivals, and assisting with check-in/check-out while resolving service issues with grace.
The role offers both full time and part-time hours.
A Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is desirable, with Opera knowledge a plus; training and development opportunities are provided within a diverse, inclusive workplace.
