You will drive strategic claims and incident management, ensure medical treatment and return-to-work processes, and collaborate with the General Manager to foster a high-performance culture across regional teams.
Based at a Sodexo Support Centre, the role requires robust regulatory knowledge, staff leadership, training delivery and proactive budgeting.
Travel to regional sites may be required.
