Tenjo, a current Japanese rooftop restaurant opening in Redfern, is part of The Apollo Restaurant Group.
We are hiring casual Commis Chefs and Cooks to join the opening kitchen team and help deliver sushi, yakitori, and other dishes using Australian produce.
You'll work in a 100-seat izakaya under a retractable glass roof, with guests watching the kitchen at work from the sushi counter or dining with friends.
We welcome candidates who are eager to learn and contribute to a collaborative kitchen
