The Role
As our Brand & Communications Lead, you will be the voice of our business.
You will lead our communications strategy, overseeing internal and external communications—while driving our CSR efforts.
Based in our Australian head office, you will work closely with local leadership while maintaining alignment with our global HQ in Paris.
You will actively participate in our global Communications and CSR networks (requiring some flexibility for cross-time-zone calls) and act as a bridge between our ANZ senior leadership team, support teams, airport partners, and 2,000+ store team members across Australia and New Zealand.
6-month contract; potential to extend.
What You'll Do
CSR Strategy & Execution: Drive our Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives as part of the global PEPS program, ensuring our commitment to the planet and people is at the forefront of our story.
Lead and elevate our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy across the Pacific region, ensuring our commitment to sustainability, ethics, and community impacts our brand voice and aligns with global standards.
Airport & Stakeholder Relations:



Manage high-level communications with airport partners, including the preparation of media releases and industry announcements.
Digital Presence: Take full ownership of the corporate website and LinkedIn presence, ensuring our digital footprint reflects our position as an industry innovator.
Internal Narrative: Lead company-wide updates and townhalls to foster engagement across a diverse, dispersed workforce from the support office to the shop floor.
Executive Support: Serve as a strategic writer and advisor to the CEO and COO, crafting executive-level presentations, keynote speeches, and board reports.
What We're Looking For
You are a mid-to-senior professional with 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, PR, or strategic marketing.
You think "big picture" who understands how a well-timed media release or a sharp company update.
Experience: Proven track record in a fast-paced environment highly regarded such as agency.
Stakeholder Management: The confidence to advise senior leadership and manage complex relationships with external partners.
Agility: The ability to pivot from writing a high-level corporate presentation to managing a viral media event (like a visiting possum in Hobart Store Airport!)

Detail-Oriented: A perfectionist's eye for tone, brand consistency, and visual presentation.
