About the role They are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Mount Gravatt boutique.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll drive sales performance, mentor a close-knit team and build lasting relationships with a loyal and diverse customer base.
This role is ideally suited to someone who thrives in high-value consultative sales , enjoys developing people and takes pride in delivering a luxury retail experience.
As Store Manager, you will: Lead and inspire a high-performing boutique team Deliver exceptional one-on-one client experiences from enquiry through to purchase Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business Coach and develop your team to achieve outstanding sales results Drive store performance while maintaining a premium customer experience Oversee visual merchandising, stock control and daily boutique operations Ensure the boutique reflects the high standards of an international luxury retailer Create a positive,



qualified and performance-driven team culture What you'll bring Previous experience within jewellery retail Bilingual ideal - Mandarin or Cantonese A proven background in premium, consultative sales Strong leadership and coaching capability Confidence working with KPIs and driving commercial outcomes Excellent relationship-building skills and cultural awareness A polished, professional presentation and passion for luxury retail Experience selling gold, diamonds or fine jewellery will be highly regarded What's in it for you?
