We are searching for a Marketing Coordinator to support Henry Schein Products across our dental and medical portfolios in Australia and New Zealand.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining marketing coordination with day-to-day product, operational and administrative support.
Working closely with the Senior Category Manager, you will support brand and marketing initiatives while also responding to internal queries, assisting with faulty goods and product complaints, maintaining product information and supporting product coding, pricing, stock, reporting and portfolio activities.
We are looking for someone with a strong can-do attitude who enjoys variety, takes ownership and can keep multiple priorities moving accurately and on time.
Some of your Key Responsibilities will include: Coordinate marketing materials, product launches, promotions and sales-support resources, ensuring brand initiatives are delivered to agreed timelines.
Provide day-to-day product and administrative support across the Henry Schein Products portfolio, including responding to internal product, stock, pricing and general enquiries.




Assist with faulty goods and product complaint enquiries, coordinating information and follow-up with Customer Care, Quality, Regulatory, suppliers and other relevant teams.
Support new product coding, product maintenance, discontinuations, replacements, rationalisation, Regulatory documentation and product information updates.
Track, analyse and report on sales, promotional activities, forecasts, pricing, stock, portfolio margins and category performance.
Provide administrative support for budgeting, target alignment and portfolio planning, and prepare PowerPoint presentations for local and global meetings.
Work collaboratively across functions and provide flexible support to the Senior Category Manager as operational and business priorities evolve.
You will have the following Skills healthcare experience is advantageous.
A strong can-do attitude, with the initiative to take ownership, work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
Highly organised and detail-focused, with the ability to juggle multiple products, projects and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills, with confidence working with sales, product and marketing data.
An effective communicator, presenter and collaborative team player who can build relationships and work across different functions and stakeholders.
Strong Microsoft Office capability, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and confidence using AI tools to improve productivity, research and analysis.
Previous experience using Salesforce and Phocas is desirable.
