Does this sound like you?
You're a confident and credible health and safety leader who thrives in operational environments and enjoys influencing positive outcomes through people, systems and culture.
Ideally, you'll also bring: Significant health and safety experience within mining, resources or another heavy industry environment Proven experience providing operational health and safety advice and leading or mentoring health and safety professionals Strong incident investigation capability, including formal investigation training such as ICAM or equivalent Experience with safety management systems, compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching and influencing skills A practical and collaborative leadership style with a passion for continuous improvement.
