Job Description Purpose: mentor teams across RegistryConnect and wider ASIC to champion ongoing improvement.
Seniority: Senior.
Reports to: Ways of Working Lead.
Responsibilities • Coach delivery teams and leaders in iterative delivery practices.
• Facilitate retrospectives and make improvement opportunities visible.
• Support teams through changes to the Ways of Working.
• Train ASIC staff as coaches and improvement leads.
Essential: agile or delivery coaching across multiple teams in large organisations.
Desirable: ICAgile, Protected or Kanban certification; government experience.
