About the Role We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager to join a busy retail store.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support the day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance.
Working closely with a team of five casual team members, you will help build team confidence, maintain operational standards, and create a positive shopping experience.
The successful candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while providing stability and support during a period of change.
Skills and Experience Previous retail management experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment Experience in a Store Supervisor or Keyholder role,
