We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and reliable individuals to join our Customer Service team at Optus Stadium!
As a Customer Service Attendant , you'll be one of the welcoming faces of Optus Stadium, helping ensure every guest has a safe, enjoyable and memorable experience.
This is a dynamic, hands-on and physically active role where no two events are quite the same!
You'll work across a variety of positions depending on operational requirements, including: Customer Service: Welcoming guests, checking tickets, providing directions, assisting with seating and responding to guest enquiries.
Parking Operations: Assisting with parking arrangements, directing vehicles and pedestrians, and supporting safe and productive movement throughout the stadium precinct.
