About the Role As an Oncology Pharmacist, you'll provide remote clinical pharmacy services to public hospital outpatient clinics across New South Wales.




Working as part of a specialised oncology team, you'll help ensure cancer patients receive protected, timely and appropriate treatment, regardless of whether they are being treated in metropolitan centres or regional outreach clinics.
Key responsibilities: Coordinate and organise the supply of cancer therapy for hospital inpatients and day oncology unit patients.
Develop and utilise your clinical skills to improve the outcome for cancer patients.
Perform medication chart reviews and medication reconciliation.
Record clinical interventions.
Build relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
Educate and counsel staff, patients and allied health professionals.
Shift information: Shift hours will fall between 10:00am to 07:00pm.
About You We invite applications from early career pharmacists looking to gain clinical pharmacy experience and specialise in oncology pharmacy.
Comprehensive training will be provided.
Essential requirements: Valid AHPRA Pharmacist general registration with no restrictions.
Minimum 2 years pharmacist experience in Australia.
