About the role: Manage the day-to-day operations of a 3-chair dental practice Lead and support the team to ensure smooth clinic operations Manage staff, scheduling and patient experience Handle day-to-day challenges and ensure the practice runs efficiently About you: Previous management or team leadership experience is essential Strong personality with confidence to lead a team Resilient,
