What You'll Be Doing Supporting the Multi-Site Manager in driving the performance of the Paddington store Helping recruit, develop and build a high-performing team Coaching and motivating the team on the shop floor Driving sales, conversion and individual team performance Delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience Bringing the brand and product story to life through engaging customer interactions Leading from the front with a strong sales focus Supporting daily store operations, presentation and standards Using store KPIs and customer insights to identify opportunities and improve performance Maximising every customer chance,
