This role is ideal for someone who wants to accelerate your technical capability while contributing meaningfully to live civil engineering projects.
As a Cadet Engineer / Civil Designer-Drafter, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing civil engineering drawings using




AutoCAD and Civil Site Design
Assisting in the preparation of:
Roadworks
Water and sewer reticulation
Earthworks and pavement designs
Work-As-Executed (WAE) drawings
Technical Support
Assisting with basic hydrological and hydraulic calculations
Using
Watercom DRAINS
software (training and support provided where required)
Supporting senior engineers with documentation and design development
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be undertaking or have completed a
Diploma of Civil Construction Design
or
Associate Diploma of Civil Engineering / Engineering Design
Have demonstrated working knowledge of
AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
Experience with
Watercom DRAINS
software (advantageous but not essential)
Hold a current
White Card
Hold a
valid Australian Driver's Licence
Have full
working rights in Australia
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Be motivated, proactive and eager to grow your engineering career
