Communicorp is hiring a Senior Consultant based in Victoria to lead and deliver psychosocial risk and workplace wellbeing engagements. You will partner with senior leaders, manage multiple projects, and drive outcomes across psychology-focused consulting.
The role balances strategic advisory with hands-on delivery and client management. You will work across discovery, assessment, design, delivery, implementation and evaluation, travelling interstate as needed to support client needs.
