Dubbo Regional Council is seeking a Customer Experience Officer to join the Customer Experience & Engagement Branch on a front-line, 4-month temporary contract. You'll engage with residents, understand needs, and deliver empathetic, practical solutions to a diverse range of inquiries.
You'll stay current with council services, apply policies, and support improvements while delivering excellent customer care. The role offers AUD $70,498–$81,930 per year plus superannuation.
