This is a role for a Client Service Manager who is comfortable working right across the advice process. Our clients have a big focus on culture as they do enjoy regular team events, lunches together, and a very supportive approach towards learning and internal development.
This role will be supporting one adviser so you will be able to focus on high quality low volume workloads.
Responsibilities
Act as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through onboarding,



advice implementation, and ongoing service
Manage and coordinate documentation, compliance requirements, and client records
Support Financial Advisers with client meeting preparation, file notes, and follow-up actions
Drive continuous improvement in team processes and service delivery standard
Experience
Must have 2+ years experience in financial planning
Strong organisational and communication skills with a client-first mindset
Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and compliance standards
XPLAN experience is highly regarded
